In need of ideas

So, in our large move, we practically moved with nothing. Other then clothes- it still every day out list of needs (due to both forgetfulness and intentional) grows and grows.

So, today I ventured over to the good will to find chairs. Any sort- and really just one, ideally two. We have no kit hen table yet, but Joe bought a desk yesterday so we needed at least one. chair for him to work.

I found these.
I am oddly in love.
Ugly, yes. But so much potential!

But I have no clue what to do.
Any ideas?
