I am not sure how comfortable I feel about talking about 'hot' topics.
I have strong opinions, but I normally sit back and form opinions silently instead of blurting out my own to people- it seems safer.
But, I try REALLY hard to stay non-biased, OR at least to have the best information on a topic that I can an be open minded.
Since Joe is in agriculture- the whole organic food/ GMO (and likewise ANYTHING that has to do with food, such as fertilizers, animals, and diets, etc.) we are interested in. We get involved in and form opinions of.
Joe found an article and we spend a lot of time discussing organic foods.
It's a interesting article (in a scientific journal- so it has it's creds) about what is REALLY healthier (more nutritious), organic or non-organic?

We are not anti-organic, and we are pro-GMO, but with how trendy the stubborn the world is getting, it's hard to support a standing tradition of 'organic farming' when so many people are doing it out of trend, or do not even understand what organic is.
