First World Problems

I love first world problems. Don't you?

Like how my mac computer mysteriously stopped charging a year ago.
I can still use it, but only if the charger is plugged in. But it won't charge- so if the charger is unplugged, the computer goes black and 'dies' and I have to start all over.

Or how our charger for my husbands mac got chewed on.
Then we replaced it with a stupid amazon cheap one.
Which stopped working a month later.
So we bought a real one from Best Buy.
But then a month later my husbands computer mysteriously won't work.
Stalls at opening the hard-drive every time.

So now I am forced to use my old mac (the one that turns off if you unplug it- remember?)
That still has Leopard as the newest operating system.
Which is about 4 operating systems back.
And hasn't been updated in over a year.
So, what does this mean?
My flash is out of date.
Meaning= no watching online shows of any kind.
No Lizzie Bennet Diaries.
No Vampire Diaries.
(I watch a lot of dairies...)
No Big Bang Theory.
Not catching up on any show that is vital to any normal-every-day citizen of the U.S./First World.

Problem. =/

  1. I have no experience when it comes to Macs, but can't you just download the plugins again? Or is it too old? I feel ya on computer problems, they have a way of bringing your day down. My brother, who is a super computer nerd, once said tearfully when his computer had a bunch of viruses, "It's like my best friend is sick." XD

  2. Hi Mary!! Thank you for stopping by my blog and leaving me such a sweet comment -- you really made my day!! My boyfriends Mac wouldn't charge and I bought him a new battery and the problem was solved (however it was like $120) but hey thats cheaper than a new computer or therapy!! :)

    Cheers!
