Makes me smile

Sariah has this irritating habit or trying to gag herself.
We have two thoughts on why:

1. She LOVES to stick her hand in our mouths (she will be a dentist), so we think maybe she is just exploring her own mouth?
2. Today we noticed that when she would do it, she would smile when we turned around to stop her. Attention

So, I whip out my nifty smart phone (love) and start googling. This is what I found as a solution:

"Try rubbing your child's hand in vinegar. Totally harmless but is super effective. Or try mixing water and baking soda and spreading it over their fingers. BUT NEVER DO IT TOGETHER!"

Don't know why. It just really made my day.

  1. Careful with the vinegar. We used that technique with a girl at the elementary school, and she broke out into a huge rash because her skin was sensitive. D:
