About a yer ago we had a neighbor. One over, and he saw our normal 2 liter supply bottle of olive oil on the tank ad remarked, "that's a lot of olive oil". I assured him we used it. Although I didn't mention that we had another 3 similar full bottles with our food storage.
We use olive oil. A LOT.
We use it to cook, bake, season, as a sauce with pasta- I have even gone so far to greasing a waffle iron with it.
It's an essential in our home.
Currently we are poor, eagerly awaiting our financial aid to come in.
When we or to Lincoln just TWO weeks ago, this 2 liter Bottle of Olive oil was FULL.
But without having butter, any other oils, and many other food items to season with- this bottle has come to our rescue!
Sadly, I dot think it will last much longer. :(
