1. I missed church.
Well, 1 1/2 hours of it. I wasn't feeling good this morning....you know, the whole pencils are stabbing me in the stomach sort of feeling, and I was dead tired...so, I missed Sacrament, and the primary program. But I made it for Relief Society!
2. I got offended at church today.
I know. How bad is that? It was a comment, which even began with, "I don't mean to offend anyone", but I think she did. She said that when she was a teacher, she noticed that kids with WORKING MOMS did better, ha better homework, were more responsible, and all that stuff. WHAT???? Yes, I am offended. That goes against everything research has said, our church has said, society has said... I was offended. (I am getting over it though. Promise).
Stay at home mom's normally help their kids to do better, so I thought.
(Not saying that working mom's don't, but it made me feel like all stay at home mom's just have tea party's with their friends and ignore their children and are worthless. I am NOT worthless).
3. I am sort of in love with The Vampire Diaries.
I have to try REALLY hard to not classify it with Twilight.
But I just tell myself, "Hey- you LOVED Buffy the Vampire Slayer, it is sort of like that". Over, and over, and over- that is what I tell myself. Apparently it has worked? But really. I feel like I am living Thursday to Thursday for this show. It's a bit ridiculous.
4. We spent $43 on shoes for Sariah.
Which were on sale from $60. Really, it was Joe. We had agreed to buy her non-expensive shoes, but yesterday while I was sleeping he took Sariah to Scheel's, and since we had a gift card, he bought her some winter gear that she needed. Which resulted in her ADORABLE size 6 toddler Keen shoes. They are pretty gender neutral, and ADORABLE, so I have learned to be ok with it. =]

5. Scout has Fleas.
And I don't want to care. I mean, I do, but she is currently getting over a cold, so I am really not ready to deal with fleas.
6. Today, I let Sariah play in the dog's food.
I normally stop her. But today, she was just mobile. And I just wanted to eat lunch, you know? So, she may have eaten a dog kibble or two...
Ok, so she ends up playing with a lot of random things. But nothing dangerous. This is just an empty bag of flour. She wants to be a baker, ok?
7. I am having a really hard time going to bed before midnight.
I just want to stay up and watch more shows on Netflix. Currently, Heart of Dixie is on my "recently watched" list. I like it. It's better than sleep, my mind tells me.
