Reality

One Sunday in Rexburg, when Sariah was about 6 mo. Old and I was trying to start the whole self-soothing thing, I talked to a woman who had a 4 month old and her techniques.
She was able to get her kid to sleep through the night WITHOUT self-soothing. Her and the husband didn't believe in letting their baby cry to sleep, so her husband would rock the baby to sleep so she didn't have t nurse him.

I WAS AMAZED! (yes that needed to be in caps).
I mean really, how did their baby fall asleep in his arms without crying?

I was thinking about that today and how that would NEVER work for Sariah. Heck, self-soothing doesn't even work.

Then I realized, it's because Sariah can't sit still (other then eating & pooping- and that's even arguable).

She HAS to be moving.

Then, I realized- this will be a problem.
