Flowers

Today I stopped and smelled the flowers.
It didn't hurt that I spent the day in Santa Barbara with perfect weather.

I was amazed that carrying around a baby and a puppy, people always remarked on the puppy. Then as an after-thought, the baby.

I reflected on how nice it is to actually get to KNOW people, for who they are- not what they are.

I saw these flowers, and I took a picture with my phone to show the world and ask what they are.
Then, I went back and imprinted then in my memory- just for me.
